Emilia-Romagna Region is carrying out a co-design process for the creation of a Hub for Research and Social Innovation composed of local stakeholders from the local research and social economy and innovation sector: public authorities, third sector, universities and research centers, financial Institutions, regional technological clusters. The HUB for Research and Social Innovation will operate within the framework of Social Economy values.

The Hub was conceived as a network tool in which take part the Emilia-Romagna Region, local administrations, universities, organizations and enterprises. Its aim is to support activities for the cross-fertillization with the social innovation and social economy ecosystems in order to design R&I policies and initiatives oriented toward social impact.

During one of the co-design meetings, held on 4 June 2024, ART-ER introduced the CO-VALUE project to the participants and presented its objectives and foreseen project activities. This introductory presentation paved the way for the near-future mobilization and engagement of local stakeholders of the regional quadruple helix.
